So, my friend was reluctant to start a diet with me right after her she got back from her trip…so that’s why i waited a while to post this video, she will be in it next week, but i wanted to show that i’m still fighting. My scale says i gained a pound..even though i was exercising…i hate my scale. However i did make some bad food choices since a friend was in town. I really want to lose my love handles….any tips?
